Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb extra firm tofu

  • 1 Tbs Braggs liquid aminos 

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

  • 1/4 tsp basil

  • 1/4 tsp sage

  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess water.

  2. Cut tofu in strips or cubes and marinate with Bragg's liquid amino for approx 20 minutes.

  3. In a separate large bowl combine the remaining ingredients well into a dry herb mix.

  4. Coat tofu with dry herb mix and place on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes turning halfway.
