• 2- 15oz organic chickpeas(garbanzo beans) cooked and drained

  • 1/4 cup of kelp

  • 1 cup of mayo (see mayo recipe below)  

  • 1/4 cup of celery (optional)

  • 1/4 cup of fresh onion (optional)

  • 1/4 sweet bell peppers (optional)

  • salt to taste

  • 2 tsp Onion powder

  • 2 tsp Garlic powder










1 cup oil
1/2 cup soy milk 
juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender for approx 30 seconds or until smooth (consistency of mayo).


Instructions for Tu-No 

  1. Add all ingredients(except mayo) to a blender, mixer or nutribullet.

  2. Add mayo to blend

  3. Mix well and chill for approx 2 hours then serve. (this blend can be served immediately as well)
