The traditional way of eating an orange is to peel the skin, discard and eat the inside fleshy part of the oranges. Oranges in themselves are known for their health benefits ranging from the popular vitamin C  to dietary fibers, Vitamin B & B1, pantothenic acid, and folate as well as Vitamin A, calcium, copper, and potassium."
