1 lb extra firm tofu
1 Tbs Braggs liquid aminos
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess water.
Cut tofu in strips or cubes and marinate with Bragg's liquid amino for approx 20 minutes.
In a separate large bowl combine the remaining ingredients well into a dry herb mix.
Coat tofu with dry herb mix and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes turning halfway.
