1 head raw broccoli, chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
Variety colors of sweet bell peppers, chopped
1 tbsp garlic powder
¼-1 tsp sea salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 celery stalks, diced
1/4 cup cashews
Choice of veggie/soy "meat"
6 tbsp honey
4 minced garlic cloves
6 tsp water
2 tsp arrowroot
1 1/2 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Amino
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp lemon
Add all sauce ingredients except the arrowroot + water. Bring to a simmer and stir until completely mixed.
In a small bowl, completely dissolve arrowroot in water, then add to the mixture. Stir until sauce reaches a low boil again and cook until sauce thickens (about 2 minutes).
Set sauce aside
Chop all vegetables in a medium sized bowl
Heat wok or large frying pan on medium heat add oil ( A wok will yield the best results)
Add choice of veggie/soy meat for approx 3-5 minutes or semi browned
Add in all veggies and stir until well mixed
Add sesame seeds and cashews
Drizzle in sauce and lightly stir for 1-2 minutes
Cook for an additional 5 minutes until well blended.
*Top off on rice or noodles/low mien for a savory dish
