1 pk extra firm tofu
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced red peppers
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Cut, rinse and drain tofu.
Mash with fork or potato masher in bowl .
Add dry seasonings and mix together.
Saute red peppers, and onion in olive until tender.
Stir in tofu mixture and cook until water dries out.
