No Bake Carob Protein Balls


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • ¼ cup carob

  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp raisins (optional)

  • ¼ cup coconut shavings (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir oats, peanut butter, honey, carob, flax seeds, chia seeds, and raisins together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Scoop chilled mixture into balls. If using coconut shavings, roll balls in coconut.

  3.  Keep cold until serving.
