3 cups water
1/4 cup bragg's amino
1/4 nutritional yeast/ hickory smoked dried torula yeast
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
3 cups oats
1 tsp paprika
Preheat oven 350. Coat baking sheet.
Combine all ingredients except oats, in a sauce pan, bring to boil.
Remove from heat add oats, stir well. Allow to stand for 5-8 mins.
Scoop mixture into 2-inch round balls. Place on baking sheet and flatten with hand. Bake 15 mins.
Flip and bake for an additional 10 mins.
